What is check in/check out time?
You may check in after 1:00 PM. We ask that you check out by 10:00 AM.
What credit cards do you accept?
None at the moment. We accept personal checks or cash.
How much deposit do I need to put down to hold my room?
A deposit equal to one a night’s stay is required.
What is your cancellation policy? Will I lose my deposit?
The deposit is refundable if cancellation is received by Hidden Harbor at least 72 hours prior to arrival day. For any no-shows or cancellations received within 72 hours of scheduled arrival, the deposit will not be refunded.
Does the weekly rate mean Sunday to Saturday? How many nights must I stay to qualify for weekly rates?
Any seven consecutive nights qualify for the weekly rate.
I forgot my shampoo. Do you offer "Big Hotel Chain" services like supplying complimentary toiletry items?
Each unit has a supply of shampoo packets and hotel size bath bar soaps.
Do you have any "non-smoking" rooms?
All of our rooms are non-smoking. Ashtrays are provided on the covered porch for those that smoke.
May I bring my cat/dog with me?
Family pets/animals are not permitted.
