We have an intricate yet simple selection of wines from easy “steak or burger night” choices to complex options that pair well with the most elegant dishes and everything in between. We focus on smaller brands with low production and high quality at excellent value. We indulge each customer’s wine choice before trying to sell something they don’t want. Our store carefully considers with you if it is an excellent type of wine for what suits your taste.

Our new store will soon introduce a cider, mead and a wine cooler section. And don’t forget the boxed wine for the boat! These new exciting beverages will have the basic brands but also features many artisan producers from the US and around the world. We have options suitable for mixing as well as outstanding examples of products that you can drink in their pure form, South Shore Wines will try to help you craft exactly what you are looking for. Riesling, Merlot, Chardonnay, Boudoux, Malbec, or just your favorite Cab, you let us know your choice, we’ll fix you right up.

Curious about mead? Made from honey, this category is surprising folks with its diversity of flavors, from sweet to dry! We will have mead from Europe, Canada, and the US, including several local examples right here in New York.

Coneheads Caribbean Ice Cream Shop (Coneheads is Seasonal- Reopens in Spring 2023)

Just minutes up the road from Hidden Harbor is the best little Ice Cream Stand in CNY!  So You’re Craving Something Sweet? ConeHeads Caribbean Ice Cream is a new Ice Cream Parlor located near the corner of Route 13 & Route 31 in Canastota, New York. It is at South Shore Nautical a local marine store.  While sitting down eating ice cream on the new rustic deck enjoying the beautiful view of Oneida Lake and watching the sunset take time also to check out South Shore Wines right next door!   It’s an awesome small local spot for delicious ice cream.
